Account Manager

Redwood City, CA

About this Opportunity

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for providing best practice guidance as well as customized consultation to our customers regarding social marketing, digital incentives and loyalty engagement. You will provide proactive, focused attention in helping our customers achieve measurable success with our products and services resulting in long term business partnerships.

Individual must be able to think creatively, sell strategically and communicate efficiently internally and externally. Candidates will have a passion for competition, a strong desire to succeed and to continually develop their personal and professional skills.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Work with a broad set of accounts to strengthen their use of the Ifeelgoods platform and services and help ensure contract renewal.
  • Partner with Sales and Services from pre-sale to implementation in order to ensure the timely and successful deployment of our customers.
  • Closely monitor success metrics of assigned accounts. Consult with senior level decision makers to determine best approach in leveraging Ifeelgoods product solutions as well as maximizing the client’s ROI.
  • Conduct regular account reviews with client base to review success metrics and discuss opportunities to improve lift/ROI.
  • Disseminate product best practices and industry specific advice regarding social marketing, digital incentives and loyalty engagement to help drive greater program lift and ROI.
  • Build strong client relationships, penetrating additional departments in an effort to ensure contract renewal as well as identify opportunities for growth.
  • Answer customer questions and successfully negotiate issues related to renewal contracts.
  • Escalate critical customer issues; provide summary of the overall ‘health’ of the account and use of our services.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives in driving add-on and renewal revenue opportunities.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly renewal and growth targets, providing management with an accurate forecast and risk analysis of assigned accounts.
  • Serve as an advocate for your customers in driving the improvement and evolution of Ifeelgoods products and services.
  • Continuously gather client feedback, ensuring all resources are focused and optimized to best serve all our customers’ needs and lead to happy customers who evangelize our products and services.

Requirements

  • University degree with 2-3 years of account management experience within the Software industry, preferably SaaS or social media
  • Proven ability to interact and present to customers at all levels in a concise, professional manner
  • Strong analytic skills with the ability to understand and communicate online metrics and trends
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Experience working with senior level executives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate with internal colleagues, helping drive improvements to products and processes

    Ifeelgoods is looking for an intern to join the team in Paris for 6 months or more. You will gain exposure to a wide range of job functions working alongside our experienced professionals from Sales, Client Management, and Marketing. As a full member of Ifeelgoods' growing team, you will have an impact on campaign success, brand marketing, Inventory management and customer support. You'll join an experienced team with diverse backgrounds that include serial entrepreneurs and hail from companies like Google and PayPal.

    Your job will be to assist and complement the teams currently in place. You will bring a young and dynamic vision for prospecting with clients as well as active benchmarking research, managing our customer support, bringing new ideas for innovative campaigns and generating analytical insights on results. You must be well-organized and able to work in a quick-paced environment. You should be able to manage your time and priorities while you work on several tasks at the same time. Good communication skills are a must-have.

    Must be comfortable representing leading-edge platforms and programs in a complex selling environment to tier-one brands and agencies. Individual must be highly effective in navigating all facets of the sales process; from prospecting and discovery to pitching, negotiation and closing. Prior success selling into C-level and VP-level is essential. Individual must be able to think creatively, sell strategically and communicate efficiently internally and externally. Candidates will have a passion for competition, a strong desire to succeed and to continually develop their personal and professional skills.

    • Selling Ifeelgoods' platform and programs to top brands and agencies in a specific region.
    • Continuously prospect and pitch to secure new business and incremental revenue.
    • Must be able to create long term, sustainable campaigns and repeat business.
