Siva was previously President of Scalent Systems, President and CEO of Impresse Corporation and Chairman of Onebox. Previously, Siva was VP of Marketing at Chromatic Research and before that VP of Marketing and General Manager at Frame Technology.
Siva was the Director of Marketing at Oracle and also held product marketing positions at Apple. Siva started his marketing career at Intel. Siva received his MBA from the University of Chicago; an MS from Pennsylvania State University; and a BS from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India.

Prior to Facebook, David Marcus served as president of PayPal, where he has overall responsibility of establishing PayPal as the leading global payment service and helping to drive the future of money around the world. A mobile payments entrepreneur and product innovator, David brings a wealth of experience creating products that engage and delight customers—both businesses and consumers alike. Most recently, David was PayPal’s vice president of mobile, where he led the company’s mobile business and product strategy, including the development and launch of PayPal Here and the newest version of PayPal’s consumer application.
David has more than 15 years of mobile and telecommunications experience worldwide. He joined PayPal in the company’s acquisition of Zong, a leading provider of payments through mobile carrier billing. Zong introduced a whole new way for consumers to pay quickly and easily, by simply entering their mobile phone numbers and billing the payment to their wireless account. Under David’s leadership as founder and CEO, Zong developed relationships with more than 250 carriers and more than 1,000 online merchants. Zong was acquired by PayPal in August 2011.

David Selinger first garnered international recognition as an expert in the field of eCommerce data analytics and personalization with his groundbreaking work leading the research and development arm of Amazon’s Data Mining and Personalization team. In that role, David increased Amazon’s annual profit by over $50 million (25% of US profit, 2003) setting the industry standard for recommendation services.
David holds a broad collection of awards and standing patents in customer segmentation, analytics and data mining, including over a dozen pioneered at RichRelevance. David’s accolades also include the coveted PC Magazine Editor’s Choice Award (won for 2Roam Wireless, acquired by Air2Web). David received his BS in Computer Science from Stanford University.

An advertising industry pioneer since the late 1990′s, Meir is the man behind the vision of eXelate, the world’s first and largest open marketplace for behavioral targeting data and the leader in online data management tools. Prior to his launch of eXelate in 2007, he was the Founder and CEO of Oridian. Launched in 1998, Meir led Oridian until late 2006, establishing the company as one of the leading global ad networks, serving billions of monthly ad impressions to a vast global audience.
Under his management, Oridian opened offices in Israel, USA, Germany and the UK, reaching profitability and generating annual sales of tens of millions of dollars.
CEO & Founder, Euro Pacific Ventures
Tanguy is the CEO and founder of Euro Pacific Ventures LLC, which help companies scale their global operations.
Most recently Tanguy was the vice president global expansion at eBay Inc. where he led eBay’s expansion in Latin America and in the service category. Previously he was the vice president of eBay Advertising, responsible for the strategy and global P&L. Under his leadership he built a $300m new revenues stream, strategic to eBay’s successful turnaround. From 2002 to 2007 he was a general manager with eBay Europe and led the Euro 225m acquisition of Marktplaats.nl, one of eBay’s most successful acquisitions to date and cornerstone of eBay’s global classifieds group. Previously, he was the co-founder of b2build, the award winning B2B online marketplace. Prior to b2build, he was part of the founding team of Morgan Stanley’s TMT investment banking group.
He holds an MBA of INSEAD, France; an MSc in Finance from Boston College, USA; and a BA in Economics of University of Louvain, Belgium.
